Trampoline parks live and die by their social media. Parents scroll Facebook and Instagram to find somewhere for the school holidays, to check today's opening hours, or to see if a venue looks clean and fun before booking a birthday party. Skipping it isn't really an option — but for an independent operator, neither is hiring a marketer.
That was the position Bounce Sheffield was in. Like most venues its size, it handled its own social content by hand: finding or shooting images, writing captions, picking times to post, and doing it again the next day. At least an hour, every single day, on top of actually running the venue — greeting families, managing staff, keeping the party bookings moving.
Bounce Sheffield, a trampoline park in Sheffield, started using the Marketing agent's 12-Week Planner to take that daily job off its plate.
The 12-Week Planner does what its name suggests: instead of starting from a blank page every morning, it generates a full quarter of posts — images, captions, and a posting schedule — in a handful of clicks. Twelve weeks of content gets planned and queued in one sitting, and Facebook and Instagram scheduling stops being something anyone has to remember to do.
A month in, the numbers are straightforward. Marketing content time is down from roughly seven hours a week to about one — an ~85% reduction. Scheduling, previously a daily manual task, now runs on its own. And there's still a full 12 weeks of content queued from that original planning session.
It used to take me at least an hour every day to put together pictures and text and get them out on Facebook and Instagram. With SynqOS it's a few clicks and I have everything I need. Scheduling is a breeze — I'm spending about an hour a week now instead of an hour a day.
The six hours a week that frees up aren't spent on more marketing — they go back into the venue itself. That's really the point: automating the parts of running a venue that don't need a human's judgment, so the time goes to the parts that do.
