This page explains how you can delete your SynqOS account and the personal data we hold. It also covers how to disconnect Facebook and Instagram from SynqOS, which you can do without deleting your full account.
Signed-in customers can delete their account from the SynqOS portal:
Portal → Account → "Delete my account"
This removes your profile, venue records, connected integrations and their stored tokens, campaign plans, scheduled and published post records, agent run history, and support tickets tied to your account. Most data is deleted immediately; any remaining copies are removed within 30 days.
For details on data we are legally required to keep, see Privacy Policy — Retention.
You can remove a connected Facebook Page or Instagram Business account at any time from the Integrations area of your SynqOS workspace. Disconnecting removes the encrypted Page access token and Instagram Business account ID we store for you.
We do not store your Facebook password or personal Facebook profile data. We only store the tokens needed to publish posts or read public page insights on your behalf.
You can also revoke SynqOS directly from your Facebook settings:
If you cannot log in, or you want written confirmation, email us from the address on your SynqOS account:
Use the subject line "Data deletion request" and include your business or venue name. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.
We only keep data we are legally required to retain. This includes billing and invoice records, which we keep for 7 years to meet UK tax and HMRC requirements.
Everything else — including personal data, venue data, integrations tokens, and campaign content — is deleted when you delete your account or request erasure.
If you are unsure what data we hold or want a copy before deleting, see Privacy Policy — Your rights, or email synqosystem@gmail.com.
